Burner rings
Standard Ø290 mm stainless steel ring (BURNRF):
- Suitable for Ø12”-15” woks and pans
- Space between rings 155 mm (edge-to-edge)
Optional Ø355 mm cast iron ring (CECIR / XTRAO):
- Suitable for Ø12”-16” woks and pans
- Space between rings 95 mm, larger spacing available as special order (CEFTs)
- Drop-in replacement for standard BURNRF rings
Optional Ø430 mm stainless steel tapered ring (BURNRTB):
- Suitable for Ø20-Ø22” woks
- Reduces frying and blanching time by up to 50%, saving gas.
- Drop-in replacement for standard BURNRF rings. Cannot be placed side-by-side.
Special order Ø350 mm stainless steel extra-large ring (CEXLR):
- Suitable for Ø16”-22″ woks and pans
- Space between rings as requested by special order (CEFTs)

- Gas inlet: Ø28mm 1″BSP flexible Natural Gas (G20 I2H, I2E, I2E+ or G25 I2L, I2E+) or LPG (G31 I3P), the kW/BTU/m3/hr is dependent on the burners fitted (see Burners section above)
- Cold potable water inlet: Ø15mm flexible
- Waste drainage: Ø40mm flexible or tundish (requires P trap or similar). For sizing grease traps treat as a large catering sink.
- Additional requirements for EACH turbo burner (if fitted):
- Turbo electrical connection: 1A 90W 3 pin socket (BS1363)
