This special made CEFT20R was developed to a specification from a noodle franchise chain. It has the following customisations:
- Splashback replaced with pillar mounted taps to permit serve over and show cooking
- Rear stainless steel facia panel to hide pipework so that the unit may sit in a tall window or wall opening to permit street food style service
- Extra width between main burners with custom laser-cut rack to hold 8x 1/6GN gastronorm containers of 150mm depth
- CEKOT Knee-operated spring-loaded taps to reduce water consumption
