Emergency repairs whilst office is closed by Whatsapp or SMS ONLY
Emergency repairs whilst the office is closed are 48 hour response but potentially quicker in some areas and circumstances. Christmas repair requests MUST be sent by Whatsapp or text message to ##### ###### (do not ring this number). Please provide site address, contact details for arranging access and details of the problem you need fixing, photos are useful so the engineer can check they have the requried parts. Callouts will be charged at £2.50+VAT per mile plus parking, congestion and emission charges, minimum callout charge of £80+VAT. Labour will be charged at double our normal labour rate (as always the minimum charge is 1 hour and labour will rounded up to the nearest half hour). Attendance on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day will be charged at triple our normal labour rate. Any parts required will be normal prices.
