• Reduce limescale by using drainage valve after service whilst water still warm:
  • ID15a: Connection to rear Ø40mm H425
  • IC15: Drainage from front underside into floor gully
• ID15a Dim-sum steamer: 7 hole plate included for bamboo baskets. Stainless steel baskets Ø520/540 and cheung fun rice roll attachment sold separately.
• IC15 Cabinet steamer: Two stage door latches to safely vent steam vertically before opening (cabinet model).
