V12 vortex gas burner (BURNV12)

- V12 Vortex burner (these are sometimes erroneously called turbos, but they are atmospheric burners!)
- Comes complete with inner and outer cast collars plus 12 jets (natural gas as standard, LPG by request)
- ½” BSP inlet
- Includes welded mounting bracket to support pilot light and thermocouple as required on Far East wok cookers
NB: inlet size differs between manufacturers, this burner will replace Far East V12 but we cannot advise on purchases for other cookers, which are at your own risk.

2 bar burner (BURN07/A)
- Fits all Far East wok cooker rear rings (CKRW, CE, CEFT), but appearance may vary from what is currently fitted as this part has been upgraded.
- Suitable replacement for discontinued Black Teknigas bar burners
- All 304 stainless steel construction. Corrosion resistant and dishwasher safe.
- Dimensions (mm): H40 x W100 x D285.

Pilot light 3 way bottom-entry (fits CE, CE Eco, CE+ & CEFT, July 2010 onwards) (BURN00G/A)
- 3 way pilot, bottom entry (CTB/MV/3/EXT) with integral injectors to suit Far East wok cookers
- Stainless steel cover (BUPC/BURN001A) in photo is not included, please order separately if required
- Please ensure the pilot ordered will fit the wok cooker, they are not interchangeable.

LPG variants are on long lead times if there is no stock, then BURN001 can be substituted (note BURN001 will not fit copper tubes, if the cooker doesn’t already have stainless tubes you will need FTU01 or FTU03 as well)

They were not typically fitted to Far East cookers built after 2006. They can be replaced with modern V12 burner although the fitting size and dimensions are different so we strongly recommend a Far East engineer attends to perform this work.

Gas injector jet nozzle cleaning kit (MELEC14)
This kit is specifically designed for cleaning the injector nozzles on vortex style wok burners fitted to wok cookers and other gas appliances.
Inside the metal carry case there are many grooved wires in a variety of widths/diameters. Suitable for all makes and model of wok cooking range, this kit can unblock jets obstructed or constricted by grease build-up to restore performance and flame picture.

Pilot flexible tube with olives (FTU)
- Stainless steel flexible tube used to connect the pilot light burner to the gas valve
- Suitable to replace copper and bundy tubes used in older cookers
- 6 mm diameter with a 25 mm neck (some very old cookers will use 4 mm diameter, this will not fit those)
- Supplied with pair of 6mm compression brass olives
- If old flexible copper was providing support to the pilot light, an alternative means of support will need to provided
