They were not typically fitted to Far East cookers built after 2006. They can be replaced with modern V12 burner although the fitting size and dimensions are different so we strongly recommend a Far East engineer attends to perform this work.

  • V6 JP1 “Spider” vortex burner which will fit most wok cookers (if not replacing like-for-like, contact the appliance manufacturer first)
  • Comes complete with collar and 6 jets (natural gas as standard, LPG by request)
  • Dimensions ø255×125, ¼” BSP inlet.

Replace with BURN00G 3 way bottom entry pilot, FTU01/FTU03 stainless flexible tube (cookers without a pilot mounting bracket will require 6 mm copper tube instead to support the pilot)

Wok cookers utilising this pilot light are unlikely to have Flame Safety/Supervision Device (FSD thermocouple) and thus not CE or UKCA compliant, nor meet Gas Safe current standards. This cooker will be over 25 years old and should be replaced.

  • Full bore ball valve for gas
  • 1″ BSP threaded, Female x Female (inner diameter approx 32 mm)
  • Complete with yellow sleeved lever handle
  • Certified to BS EN 331:1998 for use with low pressure natural gas or LPG
  • Supersedes old part GASV11 (1″ CIM isolation valve with aluminium handle) but some pipework adjustment will be necessary as the length is different. The handles are not interchangeable. Alternatively replace the iron pipe for copper and fit a compression valve
