This is a custom variant of our CEST multifunction steamer, a one-off built to a bespoke specification from Catering Projects Ltd. The header tank assembly has been moved from the front to the left side and replaced by a front basin allowing the rice roll cloths to be soaked. It is shown with the CESSR single cheung fun rice roll attachment.
You’ll soon be able to taste steamed dishes made with this unit at Redfarm in Covent Garden, London.
