This wok cooker has just been completed for a noodle bar in Bristol and showcases a number of our optional extras and customisation:
- Custom sizing and rear ring deletion (CECUS & CEREM)
- Additional water swing spout
- Double-jointed spout extension (CEXTT)
- Knee-operated spring-loaded taps (CEKOT) to save water. The right hand spout can be operated by one of two knee taps. The rear shower/spray rail for cooling of the cook top remains control by conventional quarter turn lever.
- Black cast iron rings (CECIR/XTRAO) equipped with standard fit 12 jet Vortex atmospheric gas burners (BURNV12)
- Bespoke rear shelf to fit 9x GN1/6 containers (containers not pictured)
