Coming out of lockdown soon, we’re sure everyone is thinking about 17th May and looking forward to business as usual. As a helping hand, here are some things you need to remember to prepare for your reopening:
- Servicing (ensure your wok cooking range is serviced to avoid breakdowns upon reopening)
- Boiler inspections (does your boiler need its annual inspection?)
- Kitchen gas inspections (has you safety certificate expired?)
- VIP takeaway packaging (don’t forget to your VIP boxes if you’re offering takeaway)
