Emergency repairs whilst office is closed by Whatsapp or SMS ONLY
Emergency repairs whilst the office is closed aim 48 hour response but potentially quicker Christmas repair requests MUST be sent by Whatsapp or text message to ##### ###### (do not ring this number). Please provide site address, contact details for arranging access and details of the problem you need fixing, also photos are useful so the engineer can check they have the required parts before attendance. Callouts will be charged at £2.30+VAT per mile plus parking and any tolls, minimum callout charge equivalent to 1 hour labour. Labour is charged at Saturday rates (minimum charge is 1 hour and will rounded up to the nearest half hour). Attendance on Boxing Day & New Years Eve will be charged at Sunday rates (attendance is not possible on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year's Day). Any parts required will be normal prices.
