We have expanded our now well established and popular oriental induction production range with the addition of the ID30 wok cooker; providing 3 main burner positions within a 1650mm width.
This new model builds on the successes of the IW19 wok cooker that provides 2 main heat zones within 1500mm, but responds to customer requests to get more burners within the smallest footprint possible. To achieve this, Far East have increased the depth of the unit by 150mm (to 1050mm) allowing the 3 front rings to be placed closer together. The IW19 (2f1r, W1500xD900mm) and IW8 (1f, W650xD900mm) remain available for sites that require a slimmer depth or less burners.

3x Ø300 wok rings at front
2x flat Ø300 ring at rear for stockpot
W1650 x D1050 x H840/1200
Total electrical loading 30 kW (36A/φ 400V + 26A 230V), consisting of 3x8kW (2x12A/φ) + 2x3kW (2x13A 1φ).
It is possible to reduce electrical load to just 15 kW (21A/φ 400V) by capping the power output of the front burners and not connecting the rear burners.
