This is a custom variant of our CEST multifunction steamer, a one-off built to a bespoke specification from Catering Projects Ltd. The header tank assembly has been moved from the front to the left side and replaced by a front basin allowing the rice roll cloths to be soaked. It is shown with the CESSR single cheung fun rice roll attachment.
