Emergency repairs during office closure via WhatsApp or SMS only
For emergency repairs while the office is closed, please send a message via WhatsApp or text to 07525 668633 (please do not call this number). We aim to respond within 48 hours, but it may be quicker. When contacting us, kindly include the following details: • Your site address • A contact number for arranging access • A description of the issue (photos are really helpful so we can check if we have the right parts) Callouts and labour will be charged at Saturday rates; attendance on Boxing Day & New Years Eve, Sunday rates will apply. Please note attendance is not possible on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Day. Any parts required will be charged at normal prices.
