Bespoke custom shelving fabricated

This beautiful bespoke custom catering shelving for Imperial Restaurant, Carnoustie has just been fabricated in welded 304 stainless steel by Far East. It features removable shelves for easy cleaning and is angled to fit neatly in to a corner. Total height 1.8 metres.
Baby wok cooker!

This one-off special wok cooker is for The Good Earth‘s Wimbledon branch and measures just 575 mm across fitting a single V21 vortex burner. Small but mighty, it is a custom-sized version of our heavy duty CEFT wok range. We also offer a CED1 medium duty single burner compact wok cooker.
CEFT turbo at Michelin 3* Street XO

Far East, in conjunction with Caterware, have proudly supplied and installed their CEFT turbo wok cooker to StreetXO in Mayfair, London, founded by 3 Michelin starred chef David Muñoz. The 35 kW fan-assisted pre-mix burner is powerful but highly efficient and quiet. This particular unit is custom sized to allow close integration with the existing counters in their open kitchen.

CEFT new front panel design

An example of the continual improvements we make to our products; these new laser cut front panels for our wok cookers don’t just look great with our logo, but the special shape of the holes allows better access to the gas valves without the need to remove the front panel.
